There is a Chinese proverb that says if you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow.
Don’t we all really know that is true?
Whatever might happen today to cause us to feel either angry or reactive, let’s practice bringing patience and compassion to the moment. With this practice we can know that we’re seeding a hundred days with a much more positive crop than if we should react or get angry.
