Your Miracle Minute

Someone asked me once, “Don’t you get tired of doing those Miracle Minutes –tired of having to think up something every single day?”

I said, “You know, long before I did Miracle Minutes for others I made it my fundamental daily practice to do a Miracle Minute for myself –to pause, reflect, consider and to remember how good this life is.  I would consider a quote, idea or a story to focus on that inspired and uplifted my day.  I knew that if I didn’t implement this practice, that my mind would succumb to the broadcast of ordinary thinking or the broadcast of bad news and worse news yet.”

There is great power in a daily practice that brings us to a higher level of thinking and being.  A good daily practice will change the trajectory of our day, creating powerful results in our relationships, our work and our lives.
