I was once asked, “Don’t you get tired of doing those Miracle Minutes –Tired of having to think up something every single day?”
I said, “You know, long before I did Miracle Minutes for others I made it a fundamental practice –my daily practice –to do a Miracle Minute for myself. This is a moment to pause, reflect, consider and remember how good this life is. I might consider a quote, an idea, or a story that I could focus on which inspires and uplifts my day. I knew that if I didn’t implement this practice, that my mind would succumb to the broadcast of ordinary thinking; or perhaps the broadcast of bad news and worse news yet.”
There is great power in a daily practice that brings us to a higher level of thinking and being. A good daily practice will change the trajectory of our day creating powerful results in our relationships, our work, and our lives.
