Have you ever noticed that what you focus on, you begin to see more of? If you’re hungry, you start noticing everything there is to eat. If you want to buy a new red sports car, you suddenly notice little red sports cars everywhere you look.
What we focus on expands. Most of us have a tendency to focus on what’s missing and what’s wrong because we want to fill what’s missing and we want to fix what’s wrong.
