The Practice of Gratitude

Let’s practice gratitude today. 
Take some sticky notes or 3×5 cards and choose five places.  Write, “I am grateful” with big bold letters. 
Perhaps you will put at note by your kitchen sink to remind you to be grateful for running water, or having warm water.  Maybe you could put a note on your dashboard and be grateful for the fact that you have a vehicle that you can move through time with.  Put one in three other places where you want to remember to be grateful –Maybe even have one by the threshold of your door — being grateful that you have a home you can step into and have a place you can proceed from.
Today, place your notes in five different places.  “I am grateful.”  Step into a bigger amplitude in your attitude of gratitude.
