Wherever you are right now you can do this:

Take a deep breath.

This actually helps you stay in the high-attractive state of mind by practicing relaxation. When we get afraid or we start worrying we take smaller breaths; this causes us to be less awake and less aware.

We want to increase our field of magnetism by breathing deeply, staying relaxed and remaining in the flow.
