“Practicing Patience” by Mary Morrissey

There is a Chinese proverb that says if you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow.

Isn’t that the truth! Whatever might happen today to cause you to feel either angry or reactive, practice bringing patience and compassion to the moment and even to yourself. With this practice you can know that you’re seeding a hundred days with a much more positive crop than if you should react or get angry.

If you practice patience in a moment of anger you will escape a hundred days of sorrow.

Here’s To The Moment,
