There is a Chinese Proverb that says, “If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape one hundred days of sorrow.”
Don’t we all know this to be true? Whatever may happen today that causes us to feel angry or reactive, let’s practice bringing patience and compassion to the moment.
With this practice, we can know that we are seeding one hundred days with a much more positive crop than if we should react or get angry.
