Hold The Thought

Hold the thought.  Do not force the thought; pressure causes congestion and confusion. 
 
The calmer, the more peaceful we are, the better our results.  Hold the thought and nourish the desire or want with a calm and confident conviction that what you seek will come.
 
Know that what you seek is already here right where you are, just at a different frequency — connecting to it actually brings it into time and form.
