Today, let’s practice an amplified gratitude.
It’s a chosen gratitude. It’s in harmony with the laws of the universe, with every spiritual tradition and more than that it actually makes us feel good. It makes us feel better.
We are wired in such a way that when we practice gratitude and just choose to think thoughts of gratitude –“I am so happy and grateful” –and begin to fill those thoughts with ideas about choosing to be grateful, just notice what happens.
We are going to be grateful today. Yes, it’s spiritual. But more than that, it’s good for the soul.
