A Deep Breath

Do an experiment, right now.  Take a deep breath.  Let it out.
 
Notice that if you really take two or three deep breaths, it changes you.  It changes your awareness.  It changes the feeling in your body.  It helps you be more appreciative.
 
It actually affects us on a cellular level.  It is a reminder to every part of you, of the gift of life that is happening in you right now.
